Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty, to correct the shape of the nose, has subtle differences in men rather than women. The male nose is stronger, with a more prominent bridge and, often, bolder nostrils. For this reason, the art of male Rhinoplasty is to correct the nose but not to soften it to the point where it appears effeminate. Because of this, it is important that you discuss with Mr Price which features about your nose you would like improved.
When Rhinoplasty is performed on male patients, the bones are almost always moved in some way. Because they are usually thicker than those of a woman, this almost always means that the bruising after the operation is more obvious.

In most other respects the procedure is carried out in the same manner as described in the 'Facial Surgery' section.
