Arm Reduction (Brachioplasty)

Medial Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) is a procedure to reduce excess skin in the upper arm after weight loss or with ageing. Arm Lifts involve an incision along the inside of the arm and removal of the loose skin. The skin is then sutured with dissolving stitches and the arm bandaged. The scar is always visible, and often extends down to the elbow. Sometimes there is a fullness at the end of the scar which can be very difficult to remove and patients should be aware of the limitations of the surgery. Mr Price can discuss this with you at your consultation.

Brachioplasty is a common procedure in those who have lost significant amounts of weight, often in combination with Abdominoplasty, thigh reduction and breast uplift.
